Lol. I have said on here a while back that I sneaked into the gents toilets at the Skoda dealership near me and got some hand towels as some of the cars inside the building had brake dust on, polish residue in the fuel door finger pull, etc...
If I had some quick detailer that day I would of had great fun going from one car to the next.

I’m thinking about trying some ceramic sealants. Where do I start? My car currently has a layer of Griot’s Best of Show wax on it.

Sealants are much easier to apply and more durable and in the last couple of years or so, the methods of application have become much more diverse, no longer a wet or dry application and buff such as AutoFinesse AquaCoat/Gyeon Cure/Gtechniq C2v3/CarPro Reload, etc..., but now also wet application and pressure wash to activate such as Gyeon Wetcoat , then dry or even a snow foam applied method that can also be used to wash the car like a Wash’n’wax but much much better such as CarPro Hydrofoam.

Nothing special.

What do you have in mind?

Still, it means something - I finally axed Zipcar when they delivered a filthy Civic with writing still on the windshield and driver’s window, and the car only had 240 miles on it. Really?

Maybe another Skoda Superb but also thinking of downsizing to maybe a SEAT Leon (1.2 (108bhp) or 1.4TSi (123bhp) manual)
Or going small SUV,
SEAT Ateca, (1.4TSi (113bhp) manual)
Skoda Karoq (1.0 (113bhp) or 1.5TSi (148bhp) manual )

Bloody hell, but then again, that would suit me to the ground because I’d then get to clean a car.

Is the leon going to be available for long enough? Feels like it’s been around forever. I do like the Karoq. But I know nothing.. only got a useless Ford.

The Leon will still be around.
The Karoq is very similar to the SEAT Ateca in size, engine range, platform, etc... just a slightly different nose on.
